Absolutely. Every event includes at least one professional booth attendant. For events exceeding 100 guests, an additional attendant is required to maintain exceptional service quality and minimize wait times.

Yes. Every package includes unlimited videos and/or photos throughout your entire rental period.

Yes. Within 72 hours after your event you receive a private online gallery containing every photo and video. USB delivery is available upon request.

A $120 non-refundable deposit secures your reservation. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.

The XL 360 Booth requires approximately 10 ft × 10 ft. The DSLR (Printer) needs the same.

Up to 5 guests simultaneously on our XL platform.

Travel within 25 miles of our headquarters is included. Additional mileage may incur a travel fee.

Yes. Corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and brand activations are quoted individually based on event requirements.

Yes. To ensure the best possible experience we require one dedicated 120V electrical outlet (not shared with DJs or other high-powered equipment), the booth positioned within 15 feet of that power source, and a small cocktail table nearby for guests to place drinks and personal belongings. If your venue has special requirements, we are happy to coordinate directly with your venue or event planner.

Absolutely — outdoor setups are possible when weather conditions allow. We require no rain, no strong winds, temperatures between 50°F and 85°F, a tent or covered structure with sidewalls if necessary, a power outlet within 15 feet and a flat hard surface. Grass, sand or uneven terrain are not suitable.
