Reservations & Deposit
A $120 non-refundable deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the event. Dates are held only once the deposit is received.
Staffing Requirements
Every event includes at least one professional attendant. For events with more than 100 guests, an additional booth attendant is required. An additional $150 fee applies to events of 2 hours or more.
Space, Power & Setup
The XL 360 Booth requires approximately 10 ft × 10 ft of level space, overhead cover if outdoors, and access to a standard power outlet within 25 feet. Setup begins 60–90 minutes before start time at no charge.
Travel
Travel within 25 miles of our Miami headquarters is included. Additional mileage, tolls, parking or venue fees may be billed at cost.
Delivery of Content
A private online gallery with all photos and videos is delivered within 72 hours of the event. USB delivery is available upon request.
Cancellations & Liability
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date within 12 months, subject to availability. We are fully insured; clients are responsible for damage to equipment caused by guests.
